A Shaw Brothers departure from kung fu films and a foray into the craze of creature features, following the success of GODZILLA and the Hollywood 1976 Dino De Laurentiis version of KING KONG.

Danny Lee (THE KILLER, CITY ON FIRE) stars as an explorer, deep in the Himalayas looking for a large gorilla and encounters a blonde woman living in the jungle, the sole survivor of a plane crash - could she be they key to finding the eponymous Might Peking Man?

Not often mentioned in the same breath as other Shaw Brothers films, this is one of Quentin Tarantino's favourite films, and is directed by Ho Meng Hua who had also had great success with BLACK MAGIC and THE OILY MANIAC. Originally release titled, GOLIATHON, 88Films presents this as restored Blu ray and DVD dual format.
